Paradoxical Merger of Power and Gentleness

February 13, 2016

The Vietnamese Zen master, whom Martin Luther King nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize, is a voice of power and wisdom in this time of tumult in the world. As Krista Tippett puts it, Thich Nhat Hahn,  is a "paradoxical merger of power and gentleness" In this On Being Podcast, he discusses the concepts of "engaged Buddhism," "being peace," and "mindfulness." Thank you to one of our lovely students Pauline Le (check her blog, here) for the heads up to this great podcast interview! Enjoy!
