We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 18 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early.

Gentle Yoga (Stretch & Rejuvenate)

This class will leave you completely refreshed at the end.  You will get a chance to check from within and get to know yourself a little more.  The soft and gentle stretching sequence flow is for everyone – from beginners to long term practitioners!  So come on in, and get ready to RELAX.

Chill Yoga & Meditation

A candle-lit room to awaken the mind and body connection. Let everything else go as you cultivate a practice of mindful breathing, slow vinyasa and gentle stretching. Then join us in an extended guided meditation aimed to deepen your focus, de-clutter the mind and enhance your overall mental well-being. Perfect for beginners or intermediates.


Easy Flow Yoga (Level 1 Vinyasa)

A powerful antidote to feeling “stressed out” or fatigued. Enjoy deep stretching, mindful vinyasa, and conscious breath work. Great for beginners.  

Flow & Restore (Mixed Vinyasa)

Learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold. We’ll teach you how to breathe and warm up properly, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need.

Yoga Flow (Mixed Vinyasa)

60 minutes of building endurance and cultivating balance. Find your edge and discover your inner strength. All levels are welcome, while some vinyasa experience is recommended.


Detox Hot Yoga (Mixed Vinyasa)

Sweat and detoxify the body while building endurance and cultivating balance in a heated room. Find your edge and discover your inner strength. All levels are welcome, while some vinyasa experience is recommended.

Baptiste Inspired Hot Yoga

Taught through the Baptiste methodology, this is an accessible yet challenging physical practice, which helps to open possibilities for students both on and off the mat. Using Drishti (gaze/focus), Ujjayi (breath), Bandhas (locks), and Tapas (internal heat) while in Vinyasa (flow), students will be empowered to push their practice to new levels, in a heated room.

HIIT & Restore

HIIT and Restore is a hybrid of 30 minutes high intensity interval training and restorative yoga. This all levels class gives you the opportunity to fit in a fat burning workout with out missing on your yoga practice.


Body Burn Gym

This new class is just like the name implies – get ready to burn calories and sweat! This 60-minute class does not disappoint. We’ll alternate between rounds of strength exercises and cardio sets, a high intensity interval format designed to keep your heart rate up and strengthen and tone. Body Burn is a class designed to see noticeable results in a short period of time.
