WHAT IS YOGA AND WHAT ARE ITS BENEFITS?
Yoga means union. The practice of yoga combines simple meditation, breath control, and "asanas" or physical poses. Today, it a universal practice enjoyed by millions of people around the world. The primary benefits you receive are increased flexibility, strength, focus, and awareness. Practicing yoga aids in reducing chronic inflammation within the body, increasing your vitality and health on all levels including your physical, mental, and emotional states. Remember, yoga is a continuous process; a lifelong practice. The deeper you move into your yoga practice, the more profound are its benefits.  

I'VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE, NOR AM I FLEXIBLE. CAN I START NOW WITH LIVE LOTUS CLASSES?
Yes. Classes are designed for all levels, including beginners. The poses we do are within almost everyone’s reach. You don’t have to be flexible coming in the door. Most people aren’t. All you need is a willingness to try and an open mind.

HOW HOT IS THE YOGA ROOM?
Our classes are normally set at room temperature.

We combine yoga, music and meditation to create a dynamic experience like no other. It is a fitness journey of mind, body, and breath connection. Our classes are designed for all levels, including beginners. We promote well-being and positive vibes both on and off the mat.
