A powerful antidote to feeling “stressed out” or fatigued. Enjoy deep stretching, mindful vinyasa, and conscious breath work. Great for beginners.   

MIXED/ALL LEVELS VINYASA FLOW
Sweat and detoxify the body while building endurance and cultivating balance. Find your edge and discover your inner strength. All levels are welcome, while some vinyasa experience is recommended.
